Refund and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Because catering depends on planning, procurement, and food preparation timelines, refund eligibility depends on how much notice is provided before production or dispatch begins.

Daily and Recurring Meals

• Same-day changes may not be refundable once preparation has started
• Subscription pauses or cancellations are handled according to the agreed notice window
• Missed meals caused by verified service failure may be credited or adjusted in billing

Event Catering

• Early cancellations generally qualify for higher refunds
• Late cancellations may be only partially refundable or non-refundable
• Last-minute quantity reductions may still be billable if procurement and kitchen planning are already committed
